Delena, I have the same troubles. I was told that this happens because the app is really better supported by using wifi instead of mobile data. I feel if there is an app why not make it comparable for both. If one is on the go the app should work just the same, especially paying it every month. The notifications do not pop up and calls are missed. Text messages come late. Not good for business. I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. I hope it works better.

Technically does it's job but with tons of bugs such as you can't actually see when someone is calling unless you switch to the app meaning I have to have it open on my phone full-time. Even if it's open and the phone locks you will not be able to see who is calling. Also the UI is very counterproductive in order to just dial a number for instance you have to switch to the phone tab and then click new call and then click new call again just to be able to enter in numbers.

Overall, the app is fine. There is one big flaw, however. Using the app for phone calls when not connected to Wifi is unreliable, at best. As someone who is constantly going from jobsite to jobsite, I get irritated at how often clients tell me that I'm 'cutting in and out', and how often calls just drop entirely due to 'limited network connectivity', even though I'm in an area with abundant mobile network coverage.

It works, but not great. Recently had to reinstall because all notifications were silent and I couldn't fix. No support for watches, my watch only tells me when I miss a call. I really wish it would start vibrating my watch with an incoming call, since my phone has been on vibrate for about 10 years. If that feature was added, I would up my rating, but as of now, it's just OK. Vibration has stopped working again...... It's extremely frustrating when you have to rely on this app at a job.

Overall great app and works well with the desktop version. However, after several minutes of talk, the app mutes and can't unmute it. And the app screen disappears during the conversation and you need to search through your apps to find it again. So clients could be talking and think you left the conversation because they can't hear you. Please fix this!! Thanks!

Inconsistent and not conducive to efficiency in the office. We have spent tons of time trying get the app to work. Then you have all the issues with connectivity. Event with full strength reception on wifi it sometimes says it has limited connectivity. Not to mention, we have tons of calls where they can't hear us because of the voice recording message that starts every call. Many people think we are spamming them and hang up before we even have a chance to speak.
