After you enter your card details to do a top-up, the app will loading for a while and they will take the money from your bank then the app will crash, you will never get your credits, I been calling to the support team and they said they don't see any purchase from me. Event I email them the message and email from the bank that they took the money already, they still said no. So I loose my money, cause the bank said they took the money already. Do not purchase on this app.

My Samsung C9 (android 8.0) could not use it, always stuck at loading screen from the first release. And with the update now, it is still the same. The old Vietnamobile app has the same issue and I need to use web version whenever I want to check information.

Pointless app. Can't login using my Vietnam mobile number. No one cares about multimedia centres and all the nonsense advertising. Why the heck confuse it all with the BIMA branding. It's meaningless. The only reason I wanted the app was to check my balance and know why I get like 1byte a second download speeds. Useless app is useless.

BE AWARE OF YOUR DATA PRIVACY! Don't know the reason the app requires a lot of permission: Phone call, Storage & location just to show... popup alert message! Not grant these permissions make the app looping at permission asking dialog. Keep away from my phone, guys!

I got permission require loop, and if I choose to block permission asking, the app will continously show permission alert message until my phone is unusable. Well done.
