Applicazione per Smartphone aziendali o personali che garantisce una rilevazione delle presenze e dei collaboratori veloce e sicura.
L’accesso alle modalità di rilevazione è consentito esclusivamente a seguito di identificazione con credenziali personalizzate.
L’App consente all’utente di effettuare velocemente le proprie timbrature di entrata e uscita sul luogo di lavoro, toccando i tasti corrispondenti all’azione che si vuole svolgere.
Queste ultime possono essere visualizzate in tempo reale sullo schermo al momento della pressione del tasto corrispondente.
E’ presente un tasto “Check Point” che consente al collaboratore di identificarsi in un luogo ben preciso tramite sistema di geo localizzazione a bordo del terminale mobile.
L’ App consente alle aziende con personale in mobilità di effettuare dei check in all’interno di cantieri ben definiti e rilevare l’effettiva durata del lavoro svolto all’interno della zona scelta.
E’ possibile effettuare l’uscita da un cantiere a lavoro terminato ed iniziare una nuova attività nella stessa giornata, scegliendola dal menu a tendina proposto dall’applicazione.
Le operazioni di ingresso e uscita vengono geolocalizzate in tempo reale, per permettere un’identificazione sicura e coerente con il luogo dove deve svolgersi l’attività.
L’app permette di inviare delle note all’azienda per informazioni sulla attività che si sta svolgendo.
Possibilità da parte della azienda di inserire il logo aziendale nella schermata home.
