App is buggy, consumes INSANE amount of batterylife unlike Nord and others on the phone. Almost always gets stuck on "Automatic" connect and you have to manually select a new server and some won't work regardless. Kill switch is buggy and unreliable which makes you question the entire service. Terrible linux experience even they claim "works on most Debian based OS" in my experience, worked once w/dpkg errors Browser extension is surprisingly good but it's just for the browser not the full OS.

I downloaded the app. No problem. However, after I opened the app, I could NOT sign in (obviously because I don't have an account), but there's no way for me create an account! What's the point of having this app, if it won't allow you to create an account so you can use the app itself?

VPN registered the wrong email address, so I was thinking I was protected & wasnt. Now they have the correct email address and still want to charge me for 24 months? VPN says they will reimburse me, and I'm to reinstall, with CORRECT email & they will charge me in 30 days after my free trial? I'm hoping this goes smoothly but so far my interactions have been disastrous but the representatives do keep trying? Not sure if they're overwhelmed or what? If this doesn't work I'm going elsewhere?

Good except on connection at startup on my phone it tries to connect before my service is found then freezes i cannot hit re-try or anything i have to close then go to app and manually start. Not a huge deal but developer wont know if you don't tell. Didn't have this issue on old Samsung Galaxy but on KYOCERA 6910 it does it not a super popular phone outside of us construction grunts who get tired of breaking phones every few months.

Since it updated today, it's not working. PLEASE FIX NOW OR I WILL USE SOMEONE ELSE!!!! UPDATE: the team at VS quickly resolved my issue. I appreciate them for doing this! My bad for not updating sooner. I only have 2 complaints. It never saves my fav sites to use. It hasn't from day 1. I also wish that you guys could save my email address and password so that I don't have to enter it in every time I start it. Other than that I love having it.

The vpn only worked for a short period of time. It stopped working twice and after the second time stopped working at all. Contacted tech support, followed all their suggestions and it still doesn't work. I don't need t waist money on something that doesn't work. I am done with this app and I am demanding a full refund on a faulty product. I have already email tech support 3-4 times so the only thing I want is my refund.
