Keep getting false calls no support. Have to do factory reset every few days. Do not receive calls on phone. Very poor sound quality.

Do not buy a video doorbell using this app!! It doesn't run in background. Won't notify of callers. App is closed by Android on Oreo and Pie because the developer has failed to initiate it in Sticky mode so android closes it to save battery as per the new aggressive battery saving architecture > android 9. Nothing you change in settings or permissions will resolve this. Trust me, I've tried. Without an update for Oreo/Pie this app, and the video doorbell it came with, are totally useless.

Not working anymore The server was working sometimes and down sometime and now no more working and my wireless door bell screen not usable anymore because of that I have tried several solutions but nothing works Please fix this app because all door bell systems those who depends on your app it's scrap now and waste of money

Not working properly at all. The app only works in the background for a few minutes then it stops working. i have to constantly restart the app. I have reinstalled it and changed the password but it still wont remain open in the background. I dont get any calls from the doorbell when I am out of the house therefore rendering the unit useless. Also call logs appear on my phone with time stamps that are not syncronised with my time zone.

bad app, slow to connect to the unit home (internet connection is perfect) using the mobile (network perfect on the mobile). Won't connect using mobile connection... And what bother me the most and i need help with is how to keep the app working on the phone... I have 24h internet on my phone, but the app keep turning off when the screen sleep or tge phone lock. Anyone know how to keep the app working?

work great for a few months then it stop letting me open gate when I needed to remotely. However it has been fixed now just have to change password and it opens again from my phone. I need that as I pull a 33 foot 5th wheel and live on a super busy Ave thanks for the fix
