This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing LockScreen : One Touch to screen off/on on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

-> Install : you have to go to settings->security->Device administrators to turb on screen
on first/
-> Uninstall:you have to go to "Settings—>Security—>Device administrators" to shut off

An Android application that turns screen off and locks the device upon request and
when answering a call.
Also Useful when the proximity sensor is disabled
or In a situation that the device has no proximity sensor.

* Features

When application is launched, it turns screen off without any delay. It also provides a
feedback in the form of a short vibration.
When a call is initiated, it turns screen off after 1200 ms, without any vibration feedback.
When a call is answered, it turns screen off after 400 ms, without any vibration feedback.
Once screen is off, the device is also locked.
