They told me to return unit, doesn't work with solar. This does not make sense to me. But I'll return unit. Very disappointed. If it works with regular electricity and I've opened gate at least 50 times in last 2 days testing this(still have plenty of juice and live in the sunniest spot in the Mojave desert), I've installed the app on 4 different android systems/phones. I think the unit was defective.

It's a pretty cool piece of technology let's open and close my gate. Also I can see all the voltages and adjust the various parameters of my gate! Love it!
