Sucked from day one to date! I'm in the process pf filing a breach of contract suit due to Viasat not providing anything except basic functions. With no access to my account functions like router login or anything after resetting my passwords everytime I login and call them to reset it it works one time only and only partly then after telling them for a year now! DON'T BE TRICKED BY VIASAT!

What a great app! Ability to open the app when I am not online would make it very useful for installing. Since I installed satellite internet, it is usually outside of cell reception. Also having the customers account number would be helpful. As installers, part of our job is to sign people up with an account for the ViaSat internet app login, which requires the account number.
