It use to be great but something happened and I'm always offline now. I've unplugged the router, reset it, reboot everything, changed password and I'm using my mobile and not a computer. I restarted my phone and logged out and went to log back in it says Unknown Situation, please try again later. I'm so lost what to do.

Good video, night vision and audio I could it give them a 5 stars if it had a better quality on video but is not too bad I highly recommend this one's. After I bought and other 2 times on amazon some other cameras never was able to get them connect on my WiFi or my cell phone. I found this one's and I connected the super easy and fast. Excellent cameras.

Ok so far it works but such an echo with the mic and how do ya talk to the person out side , I don't see a button for that like the other defender cameras I got with display screens . Found the delete button lol 4/13/2021 - need to have 2 way audio

Works ok, but the sound seems to have an issue almost like when your on the phone and next to the radio and you get the loud horn sound.

For the price, not a bad buy. Camera was around $70. Night vision has a decent brightness to it. Viewing software is a bit blurry though.
