I needed to install this newer version as I got a new phone and the old version isn't available anymore. That's too bad because this version doesn't work the way it should. I can make calls through the app, but I'm not receiving any. I checked the settings and they seem to be set correctly. Why isn't it working??

9-9-2020 Update "Voicemails could not be downloaded" error message. Signed out & back in. Deleted app & reinstalled. All to no avail. Please fix! The DTMF tones do not work. So when you're on a call, and asked to "Press 1" for service, "Press 2" for help, etc., the tones are not produced and the call goes no where. Frustrating! Please fix - thanks!

Voicemails could not be downloaded. Seemed to work pretty well until perhaps an update caused voicemails not to download.

Does not work as intended. Cannot make or receive calls from the app.

Does it work? Yes... I suppose. The old version was MUCH better. It DOES allow you to make calls from your desk number via your cell phone. It DOES allow you to search/dial your VCE phone directory. It DOES show you inbound call history to your VCE phone. That's about it for good points. Now to start complaining on the internet... Since this update, inbound calls ring, but when I answer, neither me nor the caller can hear the other. If I call OUT, I can be heard.
