App worked fine until I got a new phone. Found a helpful review that explained how to fix this. Went to Settings, then Apps & Notifications, then selected this App, then Storage, then Cleared the data. Then went to Verizon universal identity website and deleted old mobile device and added new, at which point it gave me a new activation code and I was then able to open the App and enter the activation code and it's up and running like before. Why was tech support unable to provide this info?!

I loved it until the last update. App would crash immediately. Signed in to website to verify profile was active and up to date. Finally uninstalled and reinstalled app. No further problems (fingers crossed). I have a Google Pixel 2XL, which, BTW, I do not recommend.

App was great until last update, now it just sends to app info. Uninstall and reinstall only gets app stopped working message. So now I can sign into my Citrix for work. This needs to be fixed asap.

app was great until latest version now will not open so no longer use. it is disappointing because I used this everyday before the update. Please fix and let me know so I can use it again

Broken as of the last few days. Just goes to the app info screen and you can't get an OTP. Fresh install on a different Android phone worked.

Tried to open app after the recent update. It takes me to app info screen. I am wondering , how did they produce this bug. Let this people get awarded... :-(
