Took 3 hours to transfer messages that were only 750MB of data! Why? Make it so you can do other things while the app is transferring data? Let it work in the background. To take an hour to save info and not be able to do other things on the phone is just terrible. Make it faster or allw it to work in the background PLEASE!

Trying to transfer from a pixel 2 to a pixel 5. Unfortunately this app is such a pain to use. The battery on my old phone drains before I can finish transferring just the apps. Then after all the apps "transferred" you finally get to select which you want to install. Very backwards! Messages won't transfer and the phones loose connection waiting for the to be collected. Pixel phones have a smooth transfer on other carriers. Not sure what's wrong with verizon!

Absolutely unbelievable, the entire point of getting this app is so I can transfer everything on this phone to the new one not to delete everything so I can install the damn thing. I've already cleared up over 1.5 GB of space in this phone and it still tells me I need to get rid of more apps.this is total garbage in my opinion. As a supposed replacement for Motorola migration i have to say, I will never come back to this app again until they fix whatever is wrong with it. So much that.

This terrible app is supposed to transfer over nine categories of things but all will transfer over are call logs, pictures, and videos. No texts, no apps, no contacts, no docs, no audio, etc; nothing but call logs, pictures, and videos. The primary reason a lot of people get an app like this is to transfer over texts but NO CAN DO! You'll be told that everything transferred over successfully but hardly anything that you need will have actually been transferred.

Very simple to use! You don't have to be a techie to follow the step by step process. About a year after purchasing my new phone I accidently locked myself out of it . I was fortunate that i still had my information on my old phone. I was able to transfer my info once again from my old phone to my new one! This is a very user friendly app!!

Terrible, Super Super Slow takes over an hour or more. And doesn't even transfer everything. Doesn't transfer all recent or older messages. Same with photos and other things. TERRIBLE APP .COMPLETE WAIST OF TIME!!!!
