E-Commerce Inventory Management (EIM) app is an user-friendly, multi-store smart inventory and stock management system. It works in complete stock synchronization with your eCommerce store and allows you to update your inventory from your mobile phone itself.
With the Barcode/QR Code Scanning in the app, you get the easiest, quickest yet the accurate way to update your stock without any error. It's an error-free inventory management app that provides the quickest way to either directly update inventory on the store, or prepare a CSV file to update the inventory.
We have developed this app for all those eCommerce store owners who find the stock and inventory Management boring and tedious. Especially the ones working for a huge eCommerce website where a large number of products are needed to be entered and updated each day.

How EIM works?
► Install the mobile app on your Android phone.
► Open the app, and follow the store setup instructions. You will receive web service on your email.
► Install and enable the web service module/extension/plugin on your eCommerce store. (Install the respective module designed for respective eCommerce platforms like PrestaShop, OpenCart, Magento and so on)
► Login to your store using the credentials.(Credential will be provided by Velsof).
► That's it. You have successfully added your store to the app.
► Now you can use its multiple features to manage your inventory and stock. You can also add multiple users on your store profile.

Main features of E-Commerce Inventory Management (EIM) app:
► Free/Paid: The EIM app is available in Free (limited) as well as Paid (Unrestricted) subscription options. You have the option to choose from Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly subscriptions.
► Simple to use: It's quite simple to use. No technical skills required to use the app for updating your inventory.
► Multiple-stores: If you own multiple eCommerce sites, there is no problem. You can add a multiple numbers of eCommerce stores on the app.
► Multiple-users: For each store you are adding on the app, you can add maximum up to three users per store.
► Barcode scanner: You can also scan, read or capture the products using any of the major code scanning systems like Barcode, QR code scanning, ISBN scanning, EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E etc.
► Simple Material Design: Simple way to update your inventory on a user-friendly interface with the Material design.
► Update inventory: Update inventory of your store by scanning the barcode or by manually entering the unique identifiers like SKU, Reference Number, EAN-13 etc.
► Search SKU: Allows you to search for an SKU to see the product and stock related details with the product image on the app.
► Export: Option to export the list of items or current inventory from the store in CSV format.
► Reset: You can reset your current scanning and inventory update work and start again if you wish to.
► E-commerce Compatibility: The EIM app can be used with all the major eCommerce platforms like PrestaShop, Magento, OpenCart and so on.
► Special plugin for OpenCart: OpenCart platform does not create unique SKUs for product Options or product combinations. That is, if a product on your store is available in two colors, both the product will have the same SKU. To handle this we have developed an OpenCart plugin that will allow you to add unique SKUs for your product combinations. Thus you can easily update their inventories separately.
