About this app

Real Assist is AR based Remote Assistance Cross-Platform solution that enables enterprise to leverage efficient, schedule based and AR enabled capabilities with live annotations for providing remote and virtual support.

Real Assist supports three roles 1. Host/ Operator who shares camera feed and receives support, 2. Instructor who provides virtual support and augment rich contents on real time feed received, 3. Spectator who participates in session as a viewer without any controls.

Real Assist is equipped with more than 16 different animated 3D annotations to provide highly interactive capabilities for remote support or assistance. Each annotation control can be disposed automatically after its rendered or can stay on screen as long as the instructor would like to. During the live support sessions, host can reconfigure annotation as well.

Real Assist is currently available for Windows, Mac, iOS and Android Platforms. Real Assist uses device’s native camera and renders as an overlay with rich 3D and 2D contents. Such AR based assisted support sessions are connected with multiuser video and audio calls.

Real Assist is built for and deployed on cloud infrastructure for greater scalability, security and high uptime.
