Logs out 2 seconds after logging in. For the price dealers pay to use this service, you would think they would have a functional app. Don't bother installing until they fix this issue.

Attempting to log in and after 2 seconds, I'm logged out. I contacted their support team to let them know of the issue. The response is asking for my IP address to help solve the issue. Then never hear again. It has been 5 days since I last contacted them. I hear that it was a decent app... when it worked. Too bad I'm not able to use it to find out on my own.

Was working nicely up until I tried yesterday. I am on Android. Samsung phone. After I input my password, it logs in for about 2 seconds then bumps back to the login screen. Password is correct as I have it on desktop and it works. I tried a bad password in the app and it says password incorrect. Tried disabling hardware acceleration as well which is the only thing showing in the settings, but still doing same thing. Would give a 5 star if this gets fixed.

Android app is really bad. Appraisals never actually save and all my taken pictures input side ways. Edit: have to take photos with my phone side ways to get them to appear upright. It's been just over a week now of it now allowing me to login. Crashes every time. Edit: uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that fixed the crashing issue. Edit: app still crashes uncontrollably and is rendered useless. Use to be a great work tool but I can't use it at all now.

Very buggy. Takes forever to sync my phone entries with my computer. The camera isn't responding or the delay from snapping a picture and the picture taken by the app can be 10 to 20 seconds apart. Today, I had to take pictures directly on my phone's camera app and then upload them to vAuto app while doing a trade-in appraisal. All the extra time it took was extremely frustrating for both myself and my client who I'm sure was wondering why it was taking so long. Sony Xperia XZ1 on Android 9
