Very helpful app, but too many bugs still. When I scanned a vehicle and took photos using the mobile app, it would show a paused button in the top right corner. (Revvl 5G android 10) I couldn't closed the program until the photos loaded or I would lose all photos. Sometimes I would have to reinstall the app, but today was the biggest bug. I couldn't access my camera on the mobile app until the update was released today. Thanks for the fix, but still have a long way to go. Still a useful app.

I'm tired of the pictures not downloading. It's hit or miss. I am constantly having to uninstall the program only to have to reinstall it. The pictures will usually take then. If you have to erase photos then retake them good luck with this happening. I was happy with the program until the beginning of July. Now, not so much. Wasting a lot of time with it lately. Had to edit my post. I am uninstalling this app again (3rd) time today. App. Picks which pics to download and which not to.

The app keeps crashing. I'm trying to do my taking pictures off vehicles and can't because the app keeps crashing. Next day and still can't get it to work even after talking to a text support person. They where very helpful in trying to get the problem resolved. After awhile they got a update out that helped. The only problem I see wish the update is the pictures seem a little grainy. But other then that I very happy to be able to take pictures.

This app is the most unreliable app on my phone. I use it mainly as a means of photographing our inventory for our websites along with stocking in used inventory. Randomly crashes and freezes, a lot. Kills my phone battery causing it to die at random percentages. It would also be nice to change the exposure in the camera interface or be able to choose the focus point and it stay there instead of reverting back to center after just a few seconds. Update: now camera uses only lowest settings.

I use this app to takes pictures of cars for work. It was pretty good at first. Then there was an update and you can no longer adjust the lighting while taking the pictures or crop them. I used both features often. Then another update happened and then pictures would disappear after I would take them. Now this past week I have not even been able to take pictures at all through the app. I'm falling behind at work because I can't take pictures of any of the cars. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

Been using vAuto for years. Lately, there are issues with the apps, along with issues with the integration of the Stockwave app. They DON'T work! I would recommend looking for other options before you sign up with vAuto! - Login issue started since they moved over to the bridge ID login. - The Search function has an issue and I reported it back in July 2020, but still not working. - issue with opening an appraisal from stock wave into provision. Started September 2020 and is not fixed!
