Last night at midnight I let the app update while getting into bed, after the update it unlocked my door. Why would that happen! If you were out of town and it updated and unlocked the door that would be very dangerous. It was only because I heard it unlock after the update I was aware of it. So I followed the suggestion in the reply from the developer below, you get an automated response in seconds from the website suggesting going on their website and learning how to program the app, it's like a robot saw the word App and just sends a generic response and closes the ticket...you have to reply to open it again. Losing faith in this app/equipment very quickly.

Stay away from their products, 2 locks already broke. My first consequently stopped functioning a week after the 18 month warranty. Very poor quality, the Unbolt pro motor lacks torque. The fingerprint sensor stopped working aswell. Don't get me wrong, when it does work, it takes several attempts to even get the door to unlock. Its not worth the money and time fiddling to get inside. The app is glitchy, it didn't even allow me the option to add fingerprints for the U-Bolt Pro. Return if you can.

The app isn't notifying me of any actions (lock, unlock, jam) and I've had a couple of instanced of the door not being locked and i have never received a notification. I have not received a notification once since I've had this device and app.

Data needs to sync online somewhere. Right now it re-syncs everything everytime you connect the Bluetooth. This re-sync gets rid of the old stuff so you end up needing to re-sync the last month again, every time you open the app.

I was able to get this working with two of my Uloqs. Sadly I have to go back, and reset the main one I use every now, and again. The lock doesn't get updated enough, and once I come back to it, it doesn't want to work with the app. So I have to reset the whole thing, and start fresh. I've done this three times already. To be fair this is on the beta lock, so it's possible the main one is fine. I haven't used the main one yet. The app has improved a little, I look forward to seeing it get better. Right now it's slow, annoying to update the locks, which is fine if that's that's thr safest set up. It's a great app, and I've use this lock a lot. It's been half of year maybe, with no issues. I've always been able to open my door with my print. I really like this technology, and I look forward to seeing it improve. I use 21 fingerprints, I recommend about that for better accuracy.

When the lock works it's great. When it doesnt well like today I'm locked out. Called the 1844 number 4 times. No answer left voice mails. Sent 2 emails to support. Guess I'll just wait. Hopefully it won't be another 5 hours. They need a better system. Yes I've reset app undownloaded app redownloaded. Cant get to the bridge to pair. Beyond cried out and aggravated. Thanks ultraloq
