I think it's insane we HAVE to pay for this silly app just to do our jobs. Ya it makes you look all cool n fancy opening a lock box with your phone instead of a combo but, 1 it doesn't work on all the boxes if you're in another realtor groups area it won't work. And 2 if someone wants in the house bad enough they're going to get in regardless of the type of lock box if they even bother to unlock the door at all. All the "special" info the box can be programmed with can be obtained other ways

Not a fan of customer service... When the app malfunctions and you have the audacity to actually want to speak with someone instead of trying to navigate through their website on how to fix issues, the staff is somewhat argumentative and it's clear they don't want to talk to you. My problem was fixed but it shouldn't have taken for me to feel like a burden... I pay for this service becuase I have no choice, but if I did, I would go elsewhere...

MLS made us switch to eKey after saying Supra is not going to make a 4g/5g compatible ExpressKey stand alone lock box key. I do not like putting this on my device. I will most likely put this on an older phone I do not use for personal uses. The app requires GPS permissions and will not work with the "Ask Every Time Option". 1 star until this requirement is removed. I will be actively looking for a non Supra replacement for my key or explicitly ask the listing agents to allow me into homes.

I've been having issues with my supra and I have an Android LG Stylo 5 and I was told that everyone who has this phone is currently having issues. Therefore we are unable to show properties due to this unless you have another phone or smart device. Not cool at all.

Doesn't work half the time. My last showing took 15 minutes to finally open the lockbox.
