Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing SPEI UP on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

About this app

El sistema de Seguimiento a Planeación Estratégica Institucional de la Universidad de Pamplona ofrece esta app a fin de que los usuarios que interactúan con el sistema puedan acceder fácilmente a la información sobre el proceso del plan de gestión; además se complementa del sistema de alertas, que son generadas automáticamente de acuerdo a la parametrización dada previamente, esto a fin de que los usuarios con cuenta "responsable" estén atentos en el cumplimiento de las metas establecidas, para esto cuenta con notificaciones que sirven como prevención o recordatorio para llevar a cabo el correcto funcionamiento del proceso administrativo.

Esta aplicación sirve para los usuarios con cuentas "observador" o "responsable".
La cuenta "observador" no tiene el servicio de recordatorios (notificaciones), ya que este servicio solo es para los usuarios responsables de indicador.
