The feature was not available for Android users in the meantime.
When you receive a call, new text message, the speaker will speak the caller name or sms sender name.

For Marshmallow and Nougat users :
Remember to give the application privilege to access your phone. Also double check your phone text-to-speech feature.
If still speaking issue, go to Settings -> Apps -> Caller Name Speaker -> Permissions and check if all required permissions are granted properly.
