App worked for a while but now will no longer connect to the Wi-Fi, even after reinstalling. Once connected to the Wi-Fi, when I hit "add camera", a box pops up that says "Please connent camera wifi". That's not a typo. This app is so good that they didn't bother to spell check the irrelevant pop up instructions. So worthless. What do you expect when it hasn't even been updated since January 2018?

This cam is a joke. Definitely not worth the money! picture quality is not even close to HD it's more like SD VHS of not worse. I got an app connected right the way with no problem but app it self should definitely have more options like different viewing modes and so on. Don't see any time stamp anywhere on files or the video it self. Haven't inserted sd card in the computer yet but on the app it's horrible. I feel like this was waste of money. the app itself seems ok, I think there are more issues with product flaws/firmware issues. The parking mode is quite useless unless you're in a VERY busy parking lot as the unit itself will power down after a certain amount of time of no movement. Also, As others have pointed out, the lock button should grab the video 30 sec before it was pushed as well. the way it's set up to lock the video now I would have to predict the event taking place before it happens.

This app is garbage. I literally just bought the camera today & just now download the app. I have connected to the camera wifi & tried adding the camera in the app & it won't add. It keeps saying to check the connection. As soon as I can I'm going to return this camera & get a different brand

as of february 2018, this app remains difficult to configure and use. connection to the camera remains problematic. it tends to require frequent reinstallation and reset. at the risk of functionality, just use the camera by itself .

App does not work at all, just keeps saying to "connect camera wifi". I did connect to my camera wifi, I even tried making sure my bluetooth and cell service was turned off, leaving only wifi on. Phone is a OnePlus 6, phone and app up to date. Reinstalled app several times with no change.
