So far the app has performed ok , a few glitches , tends to just log you out for reasons unknown , certainly needs improving but so far doing the job .

So far so good. It would be nice if either the app or the manual for my surveilance camera set at least mentioned that I would have to do port forwarding on my router in order to view camera footage on my phone using mobile data. I had to search online for a solution. I can understand why this app has a lot of bad reviews. Unless you're tech savvy and already know that port forwarding is nesessary you won't know what the problem is.

Very inconsistent. Often goes off line and won't connect again until I reset it through the main software. Detection alert motification is very hit and miss, but it's mostly miss. Good images when it does work. Don't bother to download if you have any expectations to be able to view on a consistent basis.

I am sick and tired of this app not working everytime my phone does a update. I don't think they have a clue on how to fix the problems. You would think they would be prepared for the new phones, but when i email them they basically tell me I'm screwed. DONT USE THIS APP.
