Awesome. To those complaining it doesn't work don't know how to use it. I have used this camera and app on 3 different android phones without issue. You have to connect to the wifi from the camera which won't allow you to access the internet but you switch back to normal wifi once you are done. Take the time to figure it out before bashing a product. Clearly you all need better technical skills lol.

this is a very useful device. it does take some computer knowledge to work it. getting it to connect to a Android phone is the hardest. the best way i can explain on connecting it to a android phone is to make sure and turn off the internet that your phone provides cuz it interferes with connecting the phone and camera together. put phone in airplane mode and it works great. using this device with a tablet or computer is as simple as downlading the app.

Update on 7/13/2019. I tried playing around with this device and all again and managed to get some more settings available by physically going into my app permissions and giving the app access to storage. Unfortunately even after doing this I could not change the location the files were saved to from simulated storage to actual storage to see if that would allow me to receive images from the device. Please look into this because I would like to use this device.

ANDROID USERS I GOT MINE TO WORK!! after mine connected to the hotspot and i got the blackscreen i turned my bluetooth off and when i opened the app it was working! would have given this a five star rating if i hadnt had such issues getting the app to work with my phone. I haven't used it yet but will definitely update my review after i do!

Garbage. Connects but won't transmit. Moto G7 power. No help on mfr website. Edit: got it to work on a rooted Galaxy s5 w/mobile data turned off. Semi-useful now, but not worth what I paid for the gadget.

It works great... But the app won't let me open settings or where the pictures are saved it opens briefly then closes I can't even access the settings long enough to change SSID and password... Ullman please advise
