Unable to log in. I can't get past the 2FA. The code get sent to me but when I put it in, it never leaves that screen. Same thing using the UI verify app for 2FA and also using my email to recieve the code. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app. Problem is still there Update: Ubiquity technical support did reach out to me to resolve my problem but I never followed up to take care of it personally. Since then, the app has been updated and everything is working perfectly.

Unreliable. When someone rings our door and I pickup it almost never connects. This even happens when I'm on the local network, sitting in office 20 feet away from the door in question on a network fully built with UI parts and AP's.

The app is missing the feature to unlock the doors using Bluetooth. I was under the impression you could unlock the doors when the users phone is withing a few cm of the access reader and the user can tap the access reader to open instead of having to get their phone out and tap it against the reader. Is this feature not yet implemented?

Permissions appear to be set differently for Android 10 and Android 11 devices. When attempting to live view from my UA-Pro both phones display "The Device is Busy". I have tested directly connected and remote connection. My Android 10 phone is able to view recordings, where as my Android 11 phone prompts for permissions, which show as Media only for Storage. This is different on my Android 10 Device. Other settings work as expected.

Great product and app. But latest redesign lost an easy way to verify whether a door is closed or not. It is only visible in the main view, but no info if you access a specific door. Please add a visible door status in the door view, as this is essential. Added: DPS is connected.

If you receive the following error: "Unexpected error occurred while trying to log-in!" Go to apps and clear cache and app storage and it will sign you back in. Fought with this for a while until I figured it out. Ubiquiti support nowhere to be found like always.
