Garbage Android version. I can't even sign in to the app. Good job it still works on my iPad!!!! ***Update - I had a reply from the Rogers forum. you need to make sure you have Google Chrome installed. Mine was disabled as I use Samsung Internet but when I re enabled it I was able to login""" I will see if I keep getting logged out as I did before and will update my review accordingly

A camera added was not working and tried to remove but not a le to remove it and add it once again . Now I have 2 copies of same camera one showing not connected. If I try to delete the old camera setting it deletes the new camera... really bad. To check the videos it shows a list then we click a video it plays the video and in video page it did not have a next button to play next video.. really bad user experience

I have a week to try out the system before it goes live. If I am unable to get this app working in 4 days I'm going to have to cancel and return all the equipment. Such a shame the guy took 6 hours to install everything we got the highest package but can't get the app working. Major deal breaker.

Should not even get 1 star. The cameras give out, 3 times agents have come and each one said or did something and no solution. Rogers likes to come up with more services but improve on the ones you have. The app is just garbage. Never works. Even after installing it back. You just want to rip the cameras out and put it in the garbage. Waste of money. Rogers should take these comments not so lightly but they do. No value for customers

This is the worst app out there. What is the point of a home monitoring system that you can't monitor because the app signs you out randomly all the time, and doesn't allow you to sign back in? When entering my correct password the app shows 'signing in' and I can see the camera, then it quickly switches to 'signing out'. I am having the same experience as most of the previous reviewers of the app, and Rogers, you've done nothing to rectify this obvious issue. It's time to do better!

Constantly signs you out and doesn't seem to work on WiFi, making it impossible to monitor my house. There is no login authentication, no email confirmation for new devices or 2-factor authentication. The app doesn't send push notifications and sms notifications get sent 5-10 mins after an event. This is supposed to be the security I'm placing my trust in, its what keeps my home and my family safe. Rogers doesn't seem to be able to do that.
