Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing uMobileCam Lite: All-In-One on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. first let me say this, a paid for app is a paid for app. if there are limitations it should be noted before you pay. second the very first thing on any menu should be Instructions, or help files. I was loading my remote cam Easy N, and this ad popped up, never once telling me there is a more expensive version that apparently does more. Did you bother to think I may have wanted the better version? As soon as it was loaded I started to fill in the user ID & Key, and Password. It would not accept the old info from my already installed Easy N cam. Just a cryptic error message, no help at all. NOTE absolutely no instruction came with this > LITE version< All i get is a stupid crypted message pass id has to be 6 ~24. well it is more than 6. so what gives? I am sorry but I never took the mind reading classes in programmer skool. I do not want a refund, I will uninstall it. Get your Geek heads out of your A$$e$. try really hard to understand instructions are important and should be the very first thing you offer. Your obtrusive pop up ad should warn that this is the crap version, and you may want to do more. Try before buy? no stars for you!

- Encrypted string randomly generated by user ID and Key is sent to the server for registration. Additional encrypted Password string is saved only between camera side and monitor side on your devices. We do not save your ID and Key and Password, thus you should make a note of them and keep it in a safe place just in case OR you can set the auto login feature.
- Password must contain any alpha-numeric characters (lower/upper alphabet character and 0~9 digits)
- One camera device can be simultaneously monitored by up to two monitor devices.
- Push notification could be delayed by depending on your network performance
- If you get UPnP Error message, make sure that UPnP is enabled in your router. If you are still having problems, you need to manually forward ports in your router by referring to http://portforward.com/guides.htm
- To monitor from iOS device to Android device and vice versa, you need to buy uMobileCam on iTunes Store.
