Unable to use at this time. This could be a me issue. Was working fine, until the lights were adopted by the UDM Pro as a controller, and now the lights aren't detected. I am being asked to sign in to the controller, which I assume is the UDM. Problem is, the credentials don't work. This is after trying both cloud and local credentials.

The app doesn't have scheduling, won't work over vpn needs direct wifi access. Edit: Seeing how everything is still in development and great customer support, i am changing 4 to 5 stars based on the updates releases.

After upgrading my Cloud Key Gen 2+ to Unfi OS I can not get the app to authenticate with my previous credentials. Prior to CKG2+ firmware update the app worked

I've spent thousands on these lights & controllers & the app hasn't been updated in nearly a year & there doesn't even seem to be support in Protect or the new UI dashboard?! If a customer buys a premium smart light that has a reasonable working life of 5+ years, it's totally unacceptable to drop software development a year in.

Doesn't work. Abandoned by Ubiquity!
