The people giving this app low ratings are almost universally incorrect. They are by and large people that just don't understand IT. The app works well and as designed. I don't like the design, but it works fine. You can record pages easily and play them to a single AP or all of them. It was easy to setup. So why am I only rating it 2 stars? Because the designers of this app haven't worked in a school setting a single day in their life. They didn't talk to any administrators and they ESPECIALLY didn't talk to a single school IT director. Because if they would have, they wouldn't have designed their app so poorly from a security vs. end user standpoint. Who send pages in a school setting? Principals, teachers, nurses, security, weather alerts, etc. From an IT perspective, you want these people to be able to page and nothing more. However, the idiots who designed this app had a better idea. For ANYONE to page using this app, they get full backend access to your entire WIFI system. FULL. ADMIN. ACCESS. No other account type is available. If someone can page, they receive emails when an AP goes down. They can login and mess with all of your APs. I wish I was joking.

If this app worked, I'd probably give it 5 stars. I really want it to work, since I have bought 5 Unifi EDU access points for my school. But this app just won't connect to my controller. It tells me "Wooops! Communication with the controller failed". My phone is on my corporate LAN and everything. Moto E5 Play, Android 8.0.0. Update: Ubiquiti got in touch we me, and I emailed them where they requested. They said they were unaware of any issues, told me to try the iOS version, and told me that fixing the Android version wasn't a priority. Downgrading to ONE star.

App. won't load on any Android devices. I have tried it on an S8 and S9 note. It crashes and will not run. Per request I emailed with screen shots. Waiting to hear back. Developer responded quickly with an update. App now appears to be working correctly.

App keeps crashing when I try to load it. I'd really like to be able to send live messages over our access points, but I need this app to do that!
