This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing 102 on PC Windows and Mac.

102 uses the power of the smart phone to gather and distribute unlimited amounts of intelligence. The Big Data that is generated is easy to mine and is selectively distributed to where it is relevant, in seconds. It is a tool that will allow organisations like Neighbourhood watch to be “joined up”, share intelligence and identify trends both local and nationally. A version of the app is available to organisers who can monitor numerous local users and identify if the police need to be notified.
While a 101 call on average can take around 10 - 15 minutes a local organiser could be replying to an incident report in under 50 seconds.
