For all the people that scream wifi does not work, you need to modify your router to broadcast 2 signals. One for 2.4 GHz and one for 5 GHz. Or another trick, take your vacuum outside your house for this step. 2.4 GHz penetrates farther. All new modems broadcast the same network name on both frequencies. The app states clearly you can only use the 2.4 GHz. It took a total of 2 minutes to finish the setup. App should include software version and a possibility for further updates.

I love the SmartClean robo vac 2000 it is so much help and fun, the app works amazing it's a little tricky to connect because you need to have the vac working at the moment you want to program the wifi , i seen a lots of negatives comments about the app but for me it work awesome.

So sad. I don't have the box or I'd return this product. I'll just throw it away. The regular white light is the most horrible ugly bright hospital light. I'd love to change the colors n mess with it n enjoy it but under no circumstances would I even consider lower the frequency on my router. I have like 37 devices on this connectionin gonna slow the speed for a light bulb? What were they thinking?

The app has been flawless. You have to get used to what the robot can handle though. It hates my speaker wires.

Too difficult to figure out how to only connect to 2ghz. My router does both and I can't shut one off and if so.. can't figure out how to make that change. Idiotic to only allow connection over 2ghz. Been 2 hours now... absoluty ridiculous waste of time.

Always says it's charging. And never goes above 95 percent. Now it's always saying offline app won't work.
