This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing TENVISTY on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

I like the camera itself, but the app is TERRIBLE. It will alert me that motion was detected, but then it's a struggle to get it to show me the video. It will be loading for three minutes, or it'll crash, or it'll say "unable to connect." I'm better off not even bothering and just walking outside to see what's out there, TBH. I need this to actually work and this app is slow and buggy.

After the new push to sign up and and make an account my camera stop working, can't finish the setup, doesn't pass the 100 second beeping step... I tried to contact customer support... nothing is active there! Useless page and function. Tried to leave feedback...same, doesn't work. So camera it's worthless, garbage, the app...a big, stinky pile of useless garbage! And everything was working fine before, the way it was, the update is not a step ahead but just going back to horse and carriage.

The camera work great but the App suck it don't allow you to go back and look at your videos on your SD card like what is the point of the camera if I can't rewind and fast forward to see anything going unless I'm watching live in the moment then you can't contact customer service it just suck

Videos never load, motion events are always empty, no way to view video files outside of the app. Contacted their customer support and they told me to download an Android emulator on my PC and then use a screen recorder to record the video and from that I would be able to fast forward and/or share the file if needed. What a joke

After taking forever to load, you can only swivel it once or twice before it goes offline. Likewise, you can only watch half of a recording playback before it goes offline. It's not my wifi, as it happens even if it's on top of my router. It happened in my previous home as well.

I cannot share cameras with my spouse. I have tried multiple attempts on all platforms of customer service with no luck. Cameras work fine on my app, but Qr code will not download to share. Has anyone else run into this??
