It used to be an abysmal app, never worked, then inexplicably I reinstalled it and it has worked every time. That said, only on my home wi-fi network. Whenever I try to access the system from a hotel restaurant etc (even with good wi-fi) it never connects reporting "device offline". The big failure, as previously, is still lack of support. They simply never respond!

It worked for two days then the playback function would not work. It kept telling me 'device is busy'. I thought it might indicate cache is full, but clearing out cache had no positive effect. Help please.

It randomly stops working, all cameras just go black screen, its happened twice now, takes ages to load up anyway even when its working, wouldn't waste money on it

Needs a lot of improvement. App is very slow. Have to wait for at least 30-40 secs to watch the live video. Sometime it shows device is offline even if it's connected to the internet. If i have to watch the playback video of any specific time, I have to move and drag the time frame line to that specific time which is very irritating bcoz it doesn't come to the correct time. It should have the manual process where you can put the specific time and watch the playback video.

Absolute garbage. Apart from the stupid app wanting me to rate it every time I open it, it rarely brings the cameras up without having to constantly reload them over and over again. Tonight for example... no matter how many times I try to connect.... it fails and I can't view what's happening outside. Not impressed. However I have been able to record an unwanted visitor to give to police in the end. But fixing these issues should be a priority which sadly hasn't happened for over 2 years now.
