Stupid. I have to click 'allow' with the physical remote in order to allow my phone to connect with the tv every single time. The whole point of downloading this app was so I could still be able to control the TV if we misplaced the actual remote. Kind of defeats the purpose. Also, the power button doesn't work on the app. Uninstalled.

Way too many ads like 10 ads a minute that's not even cool like I would understand if it was like 5 ads a hour that makes more sense but no more than that its enough to really piss off a person! So please cut back on all the ads an how many times the ads pop up on your phone because I'm about to go else were an find a better app!!! So if your trying to keep people that trust in what I'm telling you!

I lost my remote, thus the reason I downloaded this app.. but it requires you to use your actual remote to connect to even use app (thankfully I have two of the same tvs just the other is downstairs) but upon just switching channels & then I opened app to change channels.. it was asking me to reconnect using the actual remote again. Kinda pointless as if I had my remote I wouldn't need a stupid app. Don't waste your time with this one!

Every 3 to 4 clicks on the remote an add pops up and you have to wait for an x to get out of it. There is a $6.99 a month fee to avoid ads. You can buy a remote for $15. I can maybe see paying a one time fee of $6.99. Even the OEM is cheaper at $60. I have to reconnect the app every time I go to use it. If you're worried about losing your tiny remote down in your sofa like I have done so many times you can buy a silicone case for $6. Save your sanity and buy a physical remote and case.

I got the lifetime sub because my kids keep misplacing the TV remotes, so I thought "wow, how convenient" Well, this app was the BIGGEST waste of money, it is so finicky and takes forever to connect to the TV. I paid for the lifetime subscription, but I still see ads on the bottom of my app AND it has asked me to buy another lifetime subscription. When I go to my subscription settings in the app, it does say I'm a lifetime subscriber, no clue what your marketing team is doing. Shady.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!! Had this app installed for about 1 minute, THE FIRST THING THAT OPENS IS AN AD, NOT EVEN THE REMOTE APP!! In one minute there were 10 full screen ads that look like the app to start syncing to the tv but they aren't! You click the start button and that brings you to third party pages that automatically link to your internet and try to download other stuff immediately without asking. This is nothing but bloatware and spyware. Stay away from this app!!
