This app sucks! I lost my remote and I can't find it and the roku has to be connected to the same Wi-Fi. how am I supposed to do that when I don't have a remote? I am really mad!!

I cant find out what to do when its a brand new roku stick that has never been set up so its not connected to ya wifi in which the device can not be found.
