I am 100% sure it isn't as I am usong Custom ROM that fixed that problem but this app still says that I am, and only this app.. So don't trust this app, check other apps!

Allegedly scans for trojaned mp4 files and outputs that device is vulnerable even when all stagefright libs have been removed from rooted device.
