If you are having trouble whit you laser this is a must have app. No need to wait on the line . Just set a case letting them know what is going on and they will call you back.

We had our machine go down and even though it was an older machine (2008) and is no longer being produced, the support team was very quick to respond and get back with me so we could get back up and running. the UI is extremely easy to use and set up in a very intuitive and straight forward way. if you have a Trumpf product I highly recommend you get this application.

Very simple to use. Very user friendly. Much easier than making a service call. Can also upload photos to help the techs help you with the problem faster

Lately I have been getting all sorts of errors when using the app. Its frustrating because I fill out the fields and then it claims there's been an error and ALL of the information I've typed in is erased.

Does what it's supposed to well. Pitty it usually takes hours to be actually called back by a technician. But all in all it has reduced the time for opening a ticket and gives us the possibility to be more specific about the issue.
