New in app calling is disruptive. It rings ontop of my other calls, very annoying when on a call already. I have to take out and look at my phone to decline when needing to silence, instead of just hitting a side button through my pocket . Also doesn't always hang up appropriately when using over Bluetooth in the car.

Doesn't give me notifications when my leads message me. Been going on for months(since I started) and they don't have a clue. Their incompetent service people just keep telling me to delete the app and start over, which isn't helping any more the 5th time than it did the first.

The Android app is practically useless & needs to be upgraded to Zillow's new VoIP protocol A.S.A.P. The successful connection rate is less than 5% compared to iPhone users who were upgraded to VoIP 3 months ago.
