First off, it fulfills its main function for me just fine: I can pay my True mobile and internet bills with it and track my sata usage. However, the app is overflowing with ads, offers, discount notifications, banners to an absolutely ridiculous amount. For this incredibly distracting and confusing and annoying design and financial choices, I deduct 4 stars from my rating. Wouldn't give zero as I said, I can pay my bills with it.

Nobody at True Service is using this app to provide services for sure. 3pm, still getting the message "Our operating hours are from 8 am to 11 pm. Please contact us again during operating hours. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused." Nobody answer English like at 1242. And the all is not even able to cancel package or do anything else than telling you nobody is available. Did true closed and we don't know it?

At some point I went back to my country for 1 month 1 bill In 8 years was late first time ever ,then from that point onwards they started cutting off my service while I was out an about ,witch is paid 1 month in advance , after 15 days in the month so before I have even finished the billing period witch is completely illegal even bye Thai law standards now I'm suing them for money lost and they think there in the right and have done nothing wrong . Thai company's are so arrogant !!!ccccunts

After registering, and entering the OTP code , it just hangs and doesn't login. I tried to login 10 times and no success. It just hangs with a small circle in the middle of the screen turning round and round non stop.
