Frankly, it's not perfect but their support team is awesome. I'd be caught up in terrible situations but would not worry knowing their staff is available round the clock. They're quite responsive whether I'm emailing them or calling the hotline. Best decision I've made so far...

This ELOG system is "TERRIBLE"!!!!!!! I SPEND MORE TIME RESETING THIS THING THAN ACTUALLY DRIVING!!!! IT DISCONNECTS AT LEAST 30 TIMES A DAY. IT WONT MATCH MILEAGE BECAUSE OF DISCONNECTING WHILE DRIVING. SO THE IFTA MILEAGE REPORT IS WORTHLESS. RIGHT NOW IM ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD UNINSTALLING AND REINSTALLING INSTEAD OF DRIVING. I JUST WOKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IM GONNA BE LATE AGAIN!!!!!!!! THIS THING HAS COST ME MORE MONEY THAN ACTUALLY HELPING!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EVER BUY THIS

First of all I want to give a big thumbs up to Lawrence. He is the best sales guy in the world. He has help me on 3 different occasions when I need Elds for my trucks. These units are extremely easy to install and very easy to navigate using your Android device or iPhone. I highly recommend this product. And they also have great customer service. Just one call and I was up and running when I got my Elds in the mail..

I've had nothing but problems. Works well when you can get the box and app to talk to each other, but it is a major struggle. No GPS at all on the box, forces me to use my phone GPS, further killing my battery and completely contrary to set up instructions. Customer tech service is abysmal. Only using because my boss swears by it. If was me, I'd throw this thing out the window.

This eld system is one of the best on the market not just for the price but also for the customer service and the personal conveyance feature is always a plus... def. recommended this for anyone starting out and anyone who's been in the game for years and thanks Jess for the incredible customer service
