Constantly had problems connecting with the other party. Missed two scheduled doctor appointments trying to join the group. There was a message stating that the video conference will begin in just a few seconds. Then I was told by the other party the following day that I had ended the video visit but I had continued to get the message that the video chat will be starting in a few seconds. I had no idea what happened so I uninstalled the "Zoom" application.
