Constant connectivity issues, cannot view camera for more than 2 seconds before disconnecting.

Can't add cameras. Previously I added cameras to the app. I switched phones and now the search for camera feature no longer works. I've reset cameras and connected to their SSID and still nothing. You can't manually add either as this feature is BROKEN. I'll never buy another trendnet item again because these 4 cameras are now unusable.

Can't connect to the cloud or the app had a error so can't install camera. what's the point of having a cloud camera without it working. please advice as to when the fault will be fixed
