This app is so popular because it quickly offers the user a FALSE sense of security. Face it, no one wants to be Hacked! We'd all like to feel safe and as if our privacy were protected. But this takes 2 minutes to scan my entire phone, does not scan my Sim card at all unless I specify that in the preferences, and missed the malware on my phone altogether. No thanks.

Very happy to have this app on my phone, a necessary addition to my security arsenal. Many reviews state that they are unhappy that they have spyware on their phone, which this app doesn't detect. But this is not intended to detect spyware, malware, or any other kind of remote hacking, it's solely for the purpose of detecting a hidden device admin. For all other exploits, you need a decent mobile security app. This app states that it gives you the opportunity to deactivate a hidden device admin if found. For its purpose, I am pleased with the peace of mind it gives!

I know for a fact that there is a hacker controlling my device through a virtual drive. I can see the device using other apps such as Dalvik. This app fails to even detect it. I would never download this or even God forbid, pay for it. Download Dalvik, at least you will be able to see your attacker. This app is garbage. This app cannor even detect that there is vmware installed on my phone through a malicious hacker.

Shows in detail of every app on your smartphone of there abilities to become spy/malicious apps. Only if they were to become that way,you would know it!

I scanned after downloading another app had caused me to constantly have ads pop up and said my device was fine... I searched Google to find out how to remove the ads and it walked me through the process of finding the device administrators and sure enough, I found the app that had made itself administrator and was spamming my phone. This app is useless.

I did a scan, nothing found, great! I just wish it let you remove non hidden device admin, as this is what my problem is, I cannot remove any and I'm stuck with an app I don't want any more and I'm not the only one. It'd be very useful for many. Seems like the only option is to return to factory settings. I hope the developer looks at this and extends the functionality of the app. Thanks.
