This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing HouseCall: Wifi, Router, Speed on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Shame its dusted, easy, nice, free, separate quick scanner of modems printers etc, any Android.

I installed the program, but was not able to use it because it kept crashing when I'd click the scan now button. I am connected to my wifi, but a message would briefly flash saying something to the effect of if I want to use this, I need to be connected to my wifi. I restarted the program about ten times and it failed each time.

Please, do something to mend the situation. I haven't been able to use the program for two weeks. It keeps crashing all the time. No matter how many times I relaunch the app, it crashes. The matter seems to be beyond repair. The app needs fixing.

it scans my devices on the network and says that some devices have vulnerable ports, but I have a trend micro home network security and I scan the devices on the network with that, and doesn't find anything wrong with the ports??

Waste of time. It tells you wants wrong and doesn't do anything to fix it except send you to their website to buy extremely overpriced products.
