This new UI is amazing but only to look at (if you're lucky enough). This is because the update has made the app completely unusable. It sometimes fails to start on the first launch, 'Me' section is not accessible, pictures are not loading, interactions are completely disabled. Nothing is working. I'm sticking to the website for now.😞

It use to be a good app that creates awareness about Tecno products and services, until i update it yesterday june 30, 2021 and, i started experiencing problems using it. First, it keeps logging me out, and, now it won't sign me in saying 'Failed Sign in' The developer should do something to it with immediate effect. I will increase the star ⭐ when am able to sign in again without problem. It's working now. Though, i had to reset my password!

I really like the new UI of App. But unfortunately it has some bugs which needs to be fixed. Firstly, App do not opens. It tries to open but stopped. Secondly, I can not access to "Me" menu. When I click on icon, App stuck. Please fix this problem soon

I won some Tspot points in March and up-to-date. Haven't received my awards. It's very unfair. The new app update is horrible. I wasnt rewarded what i won and customer care are not responding.
