Within six months of purchase, my infinix hot 9 is already contaminated with viruses and freezing intermittently. Most of the pre installed apps comes with so many adverts that will not allow you enjoy your money. At the moment this phone is frozen and forcing me to use Phoenix as default browser. I clean it more 10x before using. I regret buying this phone.

Bad,worse, humiliating, here in Mombasa the 7th time taking a phone I bought 8months ago...since 2nd week after buying? For charging pit change Everytime am told it's changed. And today morning I went for 8th time, 3weeks since the 7th time. After 1hours I was told it's okay it's been changed only to get home and the phone is not charging. My experience I regreat, getting Tecno phone, it's overrated I had Samsung for 6 years no charger change nothing in that phone was changed in 6years.

My phone has been functioning well but the problem I'm encountering is that I can not use the volume up. if I press the volume up it will not work . I have a month warranty on it, do you advise I bring it to carlcare office or is there anything I can do to correct this on my phone by myself?

I hate their service the "powerfix" they were looking for my unit's receipt i already tell them that i lost it but i have the warranty card and then they told me to back for the printed receipt, then after that I need to give my phone to them and I'll get my phone back after 2-3 weeks like mf. So i just got my phone fixed from the repair shop instead then pay for it. I just have to admit that the warranty card is USELESS AF

My experience with my Techno P904 at Ibadan Carle Care centre was super. But now that the charging point is not working, what do I do? The screen broke, I had to replace it outside the Carle Care centre because there was no spare part for replacement. Also, what I don't like about Carle Care centres is the large line of people queing to get services.

According to my experience with all the time I have spent using smart phone. it's quite understanding that carlcare service has been so favorite to all of her customers to the best that it can and providing prices, gifts and many others. So it's up to us the Smart phone users to follow and get what is meant for us as the carlcare customers thank you Miss Carlcare. Paul Onen
