Junk. App never connects to camera even when connected to camera's WiFi network. Can't configure camera or update firmware without app. Taking back to store for refund.

App comes up with errors when trying to share video and then stays in the app you chose to share it in. The only work around I found was to uninstall the app I tried to share it in which is very inconvenient as I lost all of my conversations from that app. I thought I might share the original file from the downloads but no sound on that file. Basically my videos are only of any use through the app and on my own phone. Not fit for purpose!!

Bought a Transcend DrivePro 50. Was told to download this app so I can do LiveView and browse through the videos. When I do LiveView, the recording stops saving to the sd card, never started to save again until I restarted the dash cam even though the dash cam light is blinking (recording mode). I also cannot view any saved videos even if there were already saved videos inside the sd card. Had to pull them from the PC. Also some videos were not viewable. Something is very wrong with this app. Kindly fix.

Can't watch videos over WiFi connection. App just stops working and crashes. Also can't download videos without crashing. Think it ok to remove SD card and put into laptop, but who wants to do that every time. Especially when the hardware/software is meant to work on the wifi
