TrackSYNQ is an enterprise-grade dispatch system with integrated traffic-enabled navigation system for your mobile workforce. This functionally rich mobile application gives real-time visibility to your fleet & dispatch operations, and job status amongst other features.

TrackSYNQ is equipped with the following capabilities

1. Job and dispatch management - The app allows mobile staff to view jobs and send updates on job status which greatly reduces miscommunication. Such up-to-the-minute information lets the control centre operator know when a job has been completed and if the driver is available to take a new job, or if the driver has hit a roadblock.

2. Active Scheduling- The app gives your mobile staff the ability to adjust their itineraries based on fresh job allocations on the go.

3. Fleet tracking, scheduling and optimizing – Schedule and track jobs, keep a close eye on where your staff are headed and their progress toward completing a designated job. All with an easy to use web real-time system.

4. Efficient drive-time routing –The app provides real time information on traffic, parking availability, tolls, routing options and reports any time delays in the course of the journey. This makes it possible for the users to take the smartest route and reach their destination faster.

5. Multi Device tracking – Install this app in any number of devices and track multiple mobile devices based on the job number and vehicle ID.
