Worst backup application I've used. Keeps saying can't access my photos and documents have verified several times all settings are correct. Uninstalling.

I have to app selected to back up everything except for my call history. The only thing it's backed up is contacts alone. No photos. 🤨 No documents. 🤨 No Messages. 🤨 There are hardly any settings to toggle to make this happen. Why is it not backing up the rest of my content?
