Ok-I've had this app for a couple or so months- it's ok App- but my question to them (which I've already asked about twice) is why isn't it as easy for a subscriber to cancel the service and stop having my money taken out every month?!?! Sure wasn't this difficult when you take my little $8.99 every month!! I don't want this service anymore!!

This antivirus software has done a great job and it's working good for all my products. So I suggest to everyone to get the most out of it. And getting all their different programs if you need them because it works and it's easy to understand it's everless to work with it it's simple very easy operations it doesn't affect the phones performance whatsoever. It's nice and smooth 😎

Decent product. But very hard to cancel. Sent them email canceling account, which they got and replied to. Then I found that they charged my cc for the next month. Just sent another email. Plenty of good av products out there, find one that is not so expensive and hard to cancel.

I purchased this after reading countless advertisements about Android users in my area needing to claim this before such, and such dates So after I did I began seeing monthly charges (ones i never agreed to) on my bank statement. It took me a couple before I realizsd it waa Total AV bilking me out of my $$ like a psychic hotline 🙄 When i used the "Contact Us" link in the softwares side menu, they gave me the hard sell, and I am awaiting to see if my account has 1 more charge to dispute 😤😡

Yes this app is very useful I have had it for just over a month like it very much my fiance got it for me but it is I do trust it I've looked into the history of the company and they seem to be a company that I can trust they are a rated with the better Business bureau so there are correctly licensed it's a great app. Security and cleaning ability at your finger tips at all times, feel safe and clean at the same time, for a great price and added Security for your phones and laptops.

After not taking any of the upgrades, the system will not validate the password they gave me. After paying, i an supposed to contact their support. These guys are supposed to be the best Android folks out there and yet their system doesn't work for me. I had/ have high hopes because they are supposed to be the best out there. But so far no go.
