I contacted the costumer service 3 days ago as I am not able to login or change password as every time I try it just says invalid username. I have tried multiple times but still shows the same error. I had my brother creat an account after resetting the lock but it still says the device is already registered and needs to disconnected from the pervious account. If anyone is able to help please message back.

Editing my review. I didn't think there could be more than one admin which wouldn't work for my household, but after developer helped me create authorized admins, previous issues were no longer a problem. The lock works great and the app is pretty good.

I really wish the app wouldn't close itself. When the app closes itself it makes the lock not work basically at all then I have to find my phone, if it's not locked inside....

Was over the moon with the new Passage Mode update to automatically unlock at the set time. WELL NOW PASSAGE MODE DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!!! PLEASE FIX IT! NEEDS 3rd Party integration like SMARTTHINGS etc. I would put the locks all over the house but without this integration I cannot do that. Amazon and Google integration is NOT a good idea. Can easily unlock by accident with TV noises etc
